I have a heart condition, I am type 2 diabetic and have just been diagnosed with COPD so I am in the surgery quite a lot. I have no complaint about the treatment I have received. I only have two grouses and they are 1)Trying to get an appointment. 2)The unaccountable turnover of staff. It seems that when I see a doctor and they get to know me and my ailments they leave and I have to go through the rigmarole of getting to know a different doctor, who I have no confidence that they will not up and leave the practice and so I will have to go through the whole process again. My wife and I have been with this practice since we moved here 4 years ago and this process of changing doctors has happened to me three times, the latest with Dr Kendrew. Other than that We are both happy with the service and attention we have received in the past and hope to get in the future

Having been a patient (or should I say client these days) of Stockett Lane since the early 90's I have seen quite a few changes. They have always listened and taken on board any feeling or worries that I and my family have had. The ability to take on minor surgery was very useful when I had a mole removed some years ago. Not being kept hanging around waiting for hospital appointments or blood test results. The only negative comment I can make is that I never seem to see the same doctor twice (apart from Nick Kendrew).. And he's leaving.

Appointments for my children are made quickly and easily and the GP's are friendly and caring making them feel at ease.
